Finally we have a MOVE IN DATE!

We are finally going to move in to our new house after a year of building it. The guys have been working all weekend to get us in by our deadline of December 17th, which is now confirmed as our move in date. They have the majority of the house painted except for the office, Leah's bathroom, and second coat of paint in some of the rooms upstairs. They also started laying hardwoods yesterday and it's coming along nicely :)

Update on the house

We have now been building this house for over a year and supposedly, it should be completely done by the second week of December (we will believe it once we are in it!). As of right now, our painter is in there painting away and we are told that paint (with colors on the walls) and hardwoods should be completely done by next Friday. Once both are done, we only have toilets to install, bathroom accessories (towel bars, paper holder, etc.), light fixtures, closet shelving, and carpet. We hope to have our first Christmas in the new house, but we're not holding our breath either as it's cutting it very close. Once the painting and hardwoods are done, I will snap some updated pictures of the house.
