Video of Leah enjoying her time in the pool

0 Comments from family/friends
Leah was so cute in her floaty all relaxed and enjoying her time in the pool. I had to post it even though Blogger compressed the video so bad that it's all pixelated and blurry. If any of you know a better way to upload video on to the blog without it doing this, please let me know...it's driving me CRAZY!

Our last full day here at the resort

We are having a great and relaxing time here at the resort. Leah has been eating great as well since we now know that the chefs will prepare and puree whatever you want. Leah has been enjoying watermelon, bananas, pears, avocados, sweet potatoes, peas, corn, carrots, and she'll probably try some chicken today.

After dinner last night we took Leah to the Baby Club Med after it had closed, so that she can play with the toys by herself. Then another parent came in with his baby Lily, who is a month younger than Leah, and they ended up playing together.

My First Mother's Day

0 Comments from family/friends
Chris planned a wonderful trip for us, which we are currently on but since Leah is napping I'm taking this time to blog...Chris went down to swim :D

We are at Club Med Sandpiper Resort in Port Sainte Lucie, FL. We left Saturday morning and will be staying for 4 nights. If you have children and want a wonderful kid-friendly all-inclusive resort in the US, this is the one! They even have an amazing childcare facility which they call Baby Club Med. It's so amazing...when we got to our room they had an actual crib (not a playpen), stroller, baby bathtub, and changing station for Leah. At the restaurants they have actual Graco highchairs with trays not just those wooden highchairs and baby food, but unfortunately Leah is spoiled with homemade food that she won't eat the canned stuff...who can blame her...it was disgusting (I tried it just to see). The sun is shining and the temp is in the 80's. Back home it's in the 50's (we are so glad we are in FL enjoying this beautiful weather).

Here are just a few pics (I will blog more later):
